BROWN COUNTY STORY SLAM 2019 - CLICK THE LOGO ABOVE FOR A LINK TO THE STORIES

The Brown County Radio Hour presents their own Story Slam event series, in collaboration with the Nashville Arts & Entertainment Commission and Brown County Inn. The series will take place on the 2nd Thursday of each month at the Corn Crib Lounge at Brown County Inn.

Brown County has a rich history of story telling, and we want to promote and encourage the craft of storytelling, as well as celebrate the diversity of our community.

In the spirit of traditional story slam events, each story must be true as the teller remembers it, told about themselves (no hearsay), told without notes in front of our audience, and be 5 minutes or less in length. Full rules are posted below.

Our topics are (hopefully) subject to broad interpretation! Be creative! We encourage your creativity in fitting your story to the topic.
