RE: April 15, 2021 Nashville Town Council Meeting

Our April 15th Town Council public meeting will be taking place in a hybrid format, both virtually via Zoom and in-person in the Town Hall meeting room with a 10-limit capacity for the audience (plus two additional seats reserved for media). These meetings require masks and social distancing. If room capacity is met, attendees will not be admitted; instead, attendees will be given the link to join virtually. These COVID-19 safety protocols remain in place for more space and less face: 1. Masks and social distancing are required for members and attendees. 2. The capacity for public meetings is set at 10 people for the audience (plus two additional seats reserved for media). Capacity is limited to allow for social distancing. 3. Once capacity is met, access into Town Hall will be given a meeting agenda with the link to join via Zoom. Because of COVID-19 safety protocol, there is no ability to congregate inside Town Hall. 4. For the April 15th Town Council meeting at 6:30 p.m., doors open at 6:00 p.m. For guaranteed entry, we recommend that you arrive early. 5. Due to limited room capacity, we encourage the public to participate in public meetings virtually via the Zoom meeting link.

Public health protocol for all Council, Board and Commission meetings as it relates to the current public health situation, the Town of Nashville continues to follow the Brown County Health Department’s recommendations. At Nashville Town Hall we continue to follow COVID-19 safeguards while managing a COVID-19 response plan for Town facilities. Face coverings are still recommended for all Hoosiers in public indoor settings. We urge everyone to follow all safety protocols – both on the job and in their activities outside of work. Continued dedication to these individual efforts is essential not only for the health and safety of our loved ones, but the ultimate business revival. Our economy will not be able to resume its full operations until the coronavirus is under control. Thank you for your participation in public meetings. The lessons we learn from opening this meeting on a limited capacity will set us up for success as we prepare to reopen to full capacity.
